Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of video surveillance based on the legitimate interest of the controller in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR and Article 7 paragraph 1 item 6 of the KEP DECREE.
Your personal data may be transferred to the company servicing the monitoring system, the IT services company and other entities when required by law (e.g. the Police).
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
Your personal data will be processed for a period of 30 days from the date of recording.
You have the right to access the content of your data, to limit processing and to object.
The legitimate interest of the controller is to ensure the safety of employees, protect property, and maintain the confidentiality of information, the disclosure of which could expose the employer to damage.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
