The Notre Dame House implements the Policy and Standards for the Protection of Minors .
All employees, guests and persons staying at the facility are obliged to
to comply with it, and making a reservation is tantamount to consenting to its provisions.
Please be advised that if you are arriving with children , the Reception will require you to present a document confirming your right to care for minors.
Order No. 5
President of the Management Board acting as the Director of the Notre Dame House (Dom SND sp. z o. o. ul. św. Marcina 12 50-327 Wrocław NIP 898 224 43 33) of August 1, 2024 on the introduction of the Policy and standards for the protection of minors at the Notre Dame House .
Based on Article 22b point 2 and Article 22c of the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Minors (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1304, as amended), I hereby order the following:
§ 1
The Policy and Standards for the Protection of Minors are being implemented at the Dom Notre Dame facility (Dom SND sp. z o. o.).
§ 2
Tasks related to the protection of children from abuse at the Notre Dame House (SND House sp. z o. o.) are carried out by all employees, regardless of the form of employment, and the director is responsible for the effective implementation of the Child Protection Policy and Standards.
§ 3
I oblige all employees to familiarize themselves with the regulations regarding the protection of children, including the Policy and standards for the protection of minors from harm and its annexes, the response procedures in force at the House of Notre Dame (DOM SND sp. z o. o.) and current legal acts, and to submit a written declaration of familiarization with these documents and the obligation to comply with them.
The declaration template is attached as Annex No. to the regulation.
§ 4
The order comes into force on August 1, 2024.
