Pursuant to Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and in accordance with Article 8 of the Decree of the Polish Episcopal Conference on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data in the Catholic Church of 13 March 2018 (Decree of the Polish Episcopal Conference), we hereby inform you that:

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
- to perform a contract for the provision of hotel services on your behalf or to take action at your request before concluding a contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR, Article 7 point 2 of the Decree of the Polish Episcopal Conference),
- fulfillment of obligations arising from legal provisions, including tax obligations and accounting obligations (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR, Article 7, point 3 of the Decree of the Polish Episcopal Conference),
- the Controller's legitimate interest in pursuing claims or defending against claims (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR, Article 7, point 6 of the Decree of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 September 2012).
4. Your personal data may be transferred to a hosting company, companies operating an electronic payment system, banks, suppliers of software for issuing sales documents, and other entities, when required by law.
5. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
6. Your personal data will be stored for the period defined by generally applicable legal provisions, including the Accounting, Tax and Claims Act.
7. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request the correction, deletion or restriction of processing of such data, and the right to data portability.
8. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for the performance of the contract for the provision of hotel services.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law. We also inform you that if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the provisions of the Decree, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Church Data Protection Inspector.
